RETURNS

 If you choose to return an item you will receive store credit. Due to the fact that our items are handmade specifically for each customer, refunds are not issued. All returns must be pre-approved by the ovdswim team and received within fourteen (14) business days. To initiate a return send us an email to info@ovdswim.com, using the same email used to place the order and stating the order number. Please state the word RETURN in the subject line and include the order number as well (example: RETURN #0000). Once approved, you will be contacted with further instructions to return your item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the item, as well as when receiving a new item. 

All sales from products that have a discount are final. products bought during a sale are not eligible for return/ echange/ store credit. If you need help finding the right suit or size please contact us before making the purchase.

Products must be returned in original condition: unworn, undamaged, no stains or marks etc.

If you receive a damaged item we can issue an exchange or repair. Please notify customer service immediately of any damages (within  7 days after receiving the order).

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
