What size should I take? 

Our pieces run true to size. All the fabric we use are stretch, which means that it will hug your curves perfectly if you choose your normal clothing size
(if you still have any doubts you can take a look at our size guide or contact/ chat with us for advice)


Should I send my measurements when placing an order?

No. Your size will be just enough.
In case of exceptions (for example if you're taller than average/ shorter than average etc.) please do notify us, so we can take this into consideration when making your piece (you can do this by choosing the option 'Size: size adjustment'. After doing so, please refer to our sizing PAGE. You can then write down the required measurements in the note box when checking out/ when completing payment).


How long does it take for my order to be made?

All our pieces are made to order. We do our best to get the pieces made within 5 business days after the official order date.
if you need a piece in a hurry you can make use of our priority service. You order will then get pushed to the front of the queue. 


Why does it take so long for my order to be made?

All our items are handmade when order is placed, to give our clients exactly the products they want. This means that we work with an order list. The time it takes for the order to be ready depends on how many orders we have at that moment.

 

What if the item doesn't fit?

You can return your suit within 14 days after purchase in exchange for store credit. Check our returns page for the exact requirements.

  • We do not cover shipping costs.
  • We can offer you size alterations free of charge (contact us for more information)
  • For any other size alterations after the first, there may be a labor charge.
  • Please send an e-mail of a picture of yourself in the swimwear with a detailed alteration description to info@ovdswim.com

 

What is your policy regarding Refunds

Due to the fact that our pieces are made one by one when the order is finalized we can not offer refunds. We do offer store credit for returned pieces.

What if I can't place an order on the website?

You can just e-mail us. Your e-mail must contain the following;

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Picture of the product you'd like to order 
  • Size (and additional measurements if required)

We will e-mail you an invoice manually so you can complete your order. 

 

I can not find the answer to my questions on the website, what do I do?
